Where is Eagon?

I can't find Aegon anymore, I've run a lot of maps. I have 38/40 challenges and the only 2 missing are the memory ones.

I have the passives at the top of the tree, I've tried different combinations of trees, different maps, different tiers and I can't find it.

Also there is no quests in progress

I can't get another memory tear. Doing random t16s (some are originator ones) the last few days, mostly canyons. Seems like the spawn rate is way to low. I also took the increased change nodes at the top.

Yep, I'm in the same boat—I've completed 33 challenges and have only seen Eagon once since the storyline missions. I've been stuck on 'Activate Memory Altars 14/33' for ages now.

Same boat here unfortunately. Ran 100+ T16 / T17s over the last day or so and haven't seen a memory tear spawn. Have been running with an atlas that blocks all content possible and is just scarab nodes + the increased chance to spawn tears at the top of the tree.

Same issue here. Eagon very very rarely shows up. I am now into 50 maps without finding him. Very unhappy with that state of that mechanic.

At this point i've given up on the challenges related to this mechanic, but for reference, i'm about 350-400 maps in now without seeing anything (Atlas points spec'd).

I decided to do a test using the "no-influence" method mentioned elsewhere and it seems to have worked. Of the 120 maps i did, with all Atlas points allocated towards increased chance, i consistently found a tear every 15-20 maps and managed to get through 6 more rotations. After that I went back to my Searing setup and now noticing the tears are spawning at the same 15-20 map range.

My initial tear had been left uncompleted for over a week after i first finished the storyline (day 3 of the league), so not sure if that had something to do with why i wasn't spawning any, with searing influence in the area.
