Memory strand crafting bug

Hey, I don't know how to report this bug, but I was crafting a chest with 90 memory strand and after spending tons of currency to get the mods I want to upgrade, when I used the unravel orb, it didn't change anything and my memory was consumed.

One mod was already tier 1 and the rest were tier 2/3, I didn't see a chest with 90 memory before so I'm guessing it was a bug in the first place.

Well, maybe I was extremely unlucky and it is intended but to know from you guys because I'm speechless lol

My bad for not knowing the exploit before the patch I guess.
