The Unbreakable Fortress Map Boss Immunity

is this boss meant to be immune to ignite? if not it is watched several videos of ignite builds not able to ignite the boss and I cannot ignite the boss either. Maybe needs to be mentioned if its not a bug somewhere, even in the database its not mentioned.
