Wife's account - missing passive skills - Crowenprincess#4413

Dear Madam or Sir,
I'm contacting support regarding my wife's account (Crowenprincess#4413), who yesterday used respec passive skill tree points on her BloodCersei (Scion) - 1st point from dexterity and two more points from mana regeneration. However, she didn't receive her 3 points to be applied somewhere else afterwards. She doesn't have a star shining at the bottom to allocate them somewhere else to the passive skill tree. As you know, they are extremely important, and even more so for Scion characters. Thank you for the reply, it can be sent to me or my wife [Removed by Support], but she is not that fluent in English so she asked me to take care of the matter. .
