Summoner - Burning Zombies :3

Hello! I would love some feedback on my build as a newly started summoner.. I have not looked at too many guides involving summoners, becuse where is the fun in following guides blidly when you can build something your self.. Then again im asking for help? bah i don't even know..

Current Build


Somewhat beta finished build building on ideas.


The idea is to run Necromantic Aegis with

Gem Setup:
Head: Zombies + Minion life + Minion DMG + Minion Speed/added fire dmg
Chest: Spectre + Minion life + Minion DMG + Minion speed + GMP
Gloves: Elemental Weakness/Flameability + Enfeeble + Faster Casting + Increase area of effect
Feet: Skeletons + Spell totem + Minion Life + Minion Speed
Shield: Anger + Dicipline + Clairty
Wand: Frezzing Pulse/Frozen nova/Cold Snap + Culling strike + Item Rarity

Just my advice. Don't get Necromantic Aegis. 50 mana reservation from anger is enoth to make "Burning Zombies" as you say. You lost a lot of things without shield.

Anger will work, as i will probably use that aswell but the shields 25% will add a huge damage potential :) thought i'm just working with crazy ideas.

Tree looks nice, you gave me atleast some ideas for min/maxing the build.

You can get necro aegis as long as your able to cap your resist without a shield. Although you'll lose out on a lot of other good stats like hp, def, es

I'm trying a "tanking Zombie" build. I'll be using a skelly totem but my focus is on my Zombies. I really like your idea and I think I'm going to try to implement into my build.

I'm not going to use Minion Instability but the added fire damage with their attacks looks pretty cool. Plue I just love the looks of that shield, so now I have an excuse to use it. :)

Forgot the mention, you might want to consider using Fire Penetration and maybe Flamibility.

Resist will be a focus in gear, thought im standing back my minions do the work, all i need is to be able to take a couple of hits to be able to run to cover but i see your point. and i do plan to take care of the lack in surv ability

Fire pen gems i dont know if i have room for, i will post my gem link soon.

People need to stop using sidhebreath, it's so bad, the minion stats you get from it don't come close to what you get from a decent rare amulet with HP/stats/resists/cast speed ect.

Indeed its a weak neck when it comes to overall survivability. But im not the one in the front lines, so until i get a good neck enough neck that will cost me over an exalt which i lack atm. I dont see why not use when i have it :)

i miss the ele proliferation for your build

btw why is the shield a huge dmg increase ? its convert not added without add burn or anything it wont amplify at all

this is how i would do it with my tabula rasa

zombie-remote mine- chance- eleprol-add fire-increase burn

2x curse ele weakness flammability elemental equilibrium triggered through cold snap
you now have 90% MORE DMG means sindebreath and le heup rings get amplified

gz you have no area freeze and area burn

sidenote with a 20% add burn you can replace the chance to ignite with firepen or miniondmg
