Eldritch exalts trying to add SUFFIXES when searing exarch is dominant/no eater implicit after patch

The shown item clearly has 3 suffixes and 2 prefixes while having Searing Exarch as the only influence. When trying to apply an eldritch exalt, it yields the message "Failed to apply item: This item may not have another suffix mod."

Further testing has shown that eldritch exalts will actually properly add a prefix, but only when 2 or fewer suffixes exist.
