Moment of Trauma bugged, cannot continue Originator questline

Just finished killing Incarnation of Fear in Moment of Trauma.
After the boss, Zana and Egon talked a bit, and then nothing happened.

My quest is not updated, still says "Witness Zana". Someone in the chat mentioned there should be a doorway to the right, but arena is completely blocked, I can only go back to the portal.

Any1 knows how to fix this?
