In game shop Idea: Private Chat room

Ok so was reading about the general chat (I dont go anywhere near it)

Was thinking would it be possible and/or a good idea to implement private chat groups or something.

You could say make it something purchasable in the shop and people could invite others to there chat and/or give away a access code to there Gaming Family, Guild and friends or whatever.

You could give the helpfull people a Tuturial type chat room where they could possibly peruse the general chat area and invite any people asking genuine qestions as I know I have asaked some stuff in game that has jsut got chatted over by D3 Bull shit.

Now I have not grouped so Im guessing there is a special chat for that I know there is local thats great too.

But yeah maybe the option of some sort of personal chat channel would not be such a bad idea. Some people might advertise theres publically with any trolls that come in being banned. This would put control of these chat groups in those that purchased them.

A bit longwinded and Im not very good at coming up with stuff but does this idea have any merit ?
