Failed to Acquire Valdo's Puzzle Box Reward from Valdo Map

I completed a Primordial Blocks Valdo's Puzzle Box Map with the requirement "Area Contains an Additional Abyss" and "All Abysses in Area Must be Completed to Claim Reward" for a Precursor Emblem Reward. Upon Killing all monsters in the map, completing all abysses in the map, killing the map boss, entering all Alva Temples, and even completing the Trial of Ascendancy in the map - I received no reward.

Quite a lot of time people has bug with Abyss + Valdo. Just hard to prove "additional Abysses" is 1, or 2 or 3, and it spawn correctly or not (or out of bound somewhere, or server fail to gen enough abyss but give you the failed layout to speed up loading), as well as hard to prove all Abyss are completed

Had the same thing today in city square with Abyss and Restless Dead for whatever it is worth. Map complete, Abyss did not spawn trove however, so I figured I failed the abyss, but I am assuming it is a general bug. You read of multiple people getting the Abyss trove and still no reward.
