Legion Monsters Invulnerable during Statis

Hi GGG!
Happened to me many times now in different maps where the generals and some rares are simply not able to be killed during statis period. Not sure if this is a known issue or not. I have been using Legion scarabs. Not sure if it has something to do with it. Edit: My Merc seem to be able to target the invulnerable target, but I'm not. I can hover over it, but my skills has no effect on it. Same here. A Few Times there are not damageable.
