Ritual Corpse Spectres disappearing

This is the 4th time I've had my spectres just vanish between loading zones, I can't tell what is causing it, the corpses don't appear in my hideout. Is it related to instance crashing? I've spent more money on spectres now then I have my entire build having to rebuy them every 2 days. Please add some way to manage spectre corpses I'd legit by an MTX that does exclusively this regardless of the price.

Had to watch the footage over a few times, what seems to have happened is the sheer quantity of blight mobs causing derender issues led to all my minions getting instantly popped before the instance crashed, still salty but I guess not the same bug
