Harvest Crop Rotation + Heart of the Grove bug 2025

Steps to reproduce:
1) Take CR + HotG 2) Click on a plantation with 2 crops of the same color 3) Proc 10% chance to not wilt 4) Note how the unwilted crop can gain tiers There is no combination of Harvest nodes on the Atlas Passive Tree where this is a valid outcome. I have noticed that even with heart of the grove allocated, I'm nearly 20 maps deep and I have not had the 10% chance to not wilt proc a single time. We're getting into very unlikely stats here of rng shenaniganery.

Update, forced harvest on with a scarab, it proc'd immediately. Had been forcing harvest with map device craft.
