Legacy of the Rose - Bugs
Having fun with this new staff but there's quite a few bugs that I'm experiencing with it:
The Shaper spawn can get stuck sometimes on different walls, and a failure to execute the attack results in it being spawned forever - so there's no automatic removal of the entity, making it useless for the map if that happens. Entering a boss room with a shaper entity spawned outside will also prevent you from getting charges, also making the skill unusable for a boss encounter. It doesn't have an automatic despawn. It's interaction with Whispers of Infinity seems to be odd as well. I'm currently using a setup to get 2k ES spent on one cast of Corrupting Fever, but It will only work if I unequip and equip the amulet at the beginning of each instance. Not doing so makes the skill cost nothing? so no es spent. My advice for current users is to try and make the animation speed of the Shaper spawn using cast/attack speed as fast as possible to avoid the top two bugs. And for GGG to look at adding in a possible automatic despawn after X seconds for the shaper to remove the top two bugs. I can replicate these bugs if requested by staff! Thanks! I have also been facing this bug were Shaper suddenly gets stuck. I've teste all 3 variants and it also happens with Shaper Beam if you move away fast enough.
Also, to OP, does atk/cast/action speed actually affect the animation? i was testing it earlier and I noticed no difference. |

It does affect the animation - definitely see a decrease when using Less Attack speed modifiers.
Spell Echo on the Shaper Balls also helps a ton. |

Thanks for your report, I'll pass this on.

There is also a bug (at least on the Despair(balls) version) which causes kills by the Shaper ability to give no XP.

Can confirm all of the above, gonna if you move away fast enough from shaper memory, it will stay locked in place forever until u comeback to 'pick it up' (let it finish its animation and dissapear).
