Can't find memory tears in maps after rerolling

So I completed the quests on my starter and was getting the tears in maps just fine. I rerolled got a tear in a t2 map, completed that chain but haven't found any since, I must have done 100 t16 maps and a bunch of lower tiers without finding any, I don't know if this is a very bad run of RNG or a bug.

RNG most likely.

I have encounter the same problem a week ago, and i think some content having a hard times for finding memories in map.

I suggest you spec with your Atlas into Maven witness boss with the nodes and to spec some points at the north of the tree for more memory tears to appear after that do a bunch of different maps.(this has work for me)

On 6-8 Mods map i find a memory every 10-25 maps on average it depends.

But some memory are more rarer than others...
