Blasphemer not raising

2 x Perfect and 1 x Blasphemer tested.

Place corpse on ground in hideout, raise spectre, immediately dies.

Spectre limit was 2. Perfect warlord was in play. Unable to raise any blasphemers.

Was successfully able to then raise a Perfect Forest Warrior to fill out the spectre limit.

No corpse destruction was in place (offerings etc).

(a friend was able to raise a blasphemer separately as a sole spectre on a different character)

Oh! I see, the chaos resist is >50% killing it.
