Got hacked and gear/currency stolen

As i logged in during this fine morning and was eager to check my kingsmarch i noticed i cannot leap slam. i pressed "I" and funny enough i saw that i was cleaned out. Even my sell tab was cleaned of all expensive items.

I wouldnt be so angry if it hadnt happened before. In fact it happened in PoE2 as well...

I have 2 factor authentication enabled, i have checked the login history nad ive sent the screenshots of it to GGG support. As with the first time i got scammed, i have no big expectations of GGG m helping or improving their systems. it seems they havent cared for 6 months, and they are just hastily pushing out leagues and turning all of their attention to PoE2.

Before you lock my account for 2-3 months let me make it clear -
1. i have changed every password, e-mail you can in account settings since i got hacked in January in PoE2
2. i have 2 factor authentication


It is your game that allows the items to get stolen via instance hack or any other software. My cryptocurrency is under lower protection than my GGG account and noone has ever scammed anything from there. Your security systems are weak and you should look into it.

But i know that will no be the case, since PoE2 still has the hacking available.

I am angry because this has happaned twice this year. And as i can see you have not improved anything as a company. Your clients are getting hacked in broad daylight and all the support message will say is "we cannot refund you anything, "we are sorry to hear", "change ur e-mail and password".


There is a limit of how many times i can change passwords and e-mails because of your WEAK system.

Is there even a point playing GGG games? Collecting currency, investing to gear. Just for all of it to go POOOOFFF


Thanks again for wasting 2 weeks of my time (and ofc the 1 month in PoE2 league when i lost everything aswell)

The hacked/stolen items post is 54 pages long... and it is growing.

Literally no talks about it and no solutions by GGG.

Same trash, items stolen, support do nothing. They cant even press few clicks to ban people who did that.
