Champion Banner Effects Are Affecting Enemies As Well

I am noticing that my Banner's upsides are affecting enemies. This is easily reproduced with the Defiance Banner. Planting it down gives enemies the same movement speed buff as to allies.

In addition, Champion's "Inspirational" node's healing effect is allowing enemies to heal as well.

You have the Runegraft of Treachery, which makes auras from your skills which affect allies also affect your enemies, slotted on your champion. Banners provide their effects via auras.
