how are you on your atlas are you speccing into them, i get, and got whilst levelling probably about 1 in 4 maps would be anew mission.

Not at all, syndicate spec. Just never even had to think about it in other leagues, would have a surplus of them (without spec'ing into them), especially by the time I was halfway through yellow.
Will have a look to see if they changed the gen mechanic. |

No, they are gated behind atlas passives.
Would make no sense if you got them all the time with no investment. |
