Clarification question about waystones

hey players if I already have 3 affixes on the waystone 2 quantity and rarity and 1 random, does it make any loot difference if I add all 6? (except waystone drop rate)

Only prefixes help with loot. Suffixes are just stuff to make it more difficult.

Doing all 6 can help if you're going to corrupt it though. As then it can turn into a 6-prefix or 5-prefix + 5-suffix waystone.

6 prefix waystones are so relaxing and full of loot...
