Poe 2 Atlas - Irradiated maps have monster level of 79 on T15 waystones

Hello,

I noticed that when I irradiate the maps on my atlas and use a T15 Waystone the monster level is 79, the same as if i use the same Waystone on a map that has no mechanics and it is not irradiated. It is the same with T16 maps with the monster level being 80.
