make a server in Argentina instead of Brazil

once again the brazil server went to hell and its giving a whooping 250ms to Argentina, every league sooner or later it goes to hell, now I'm in the US servers at 160ms its time to move on, hell even a server in chile would be better than this

I know this is not technical support I already gave up on the servers
