Safehouse crafting bench not doing anything

Screenshot link: https://ibb.co/x8hgzKwC When I click on the urn the label disappears and nothing else happens. I sure hope I wasn't supposed to have an item on my cursor... This has happened twice. It seems to be a map device option for breachstone.

When you click on this bench, you will have a new option in the map device. These options are used when you start breachstones.

When you click bench there should be a message at the bottom of the screen saying the option has been added.

Guess I missed that message all three times I had this bench.
