Runegraft of the warp + fanaticism/instruments of zeal

The time the fanaticism buff from the instruments of zeal inquisitor ascendancy stays active is not increased by the runegraft of the warp.

I tested this by spamming an attack so i gain one charge per second, this should in theory easily over-sustain the buff but doesn't.

Yeah I was pretty disappointed to see this doesn't work. Really needs clarification as to why it doesn't work if this is intended, as otherwise it appears that it is a buff.
