Make Flicker Strike usable unarmed

I've been wanting to do this since Delirium with Hollow Palm. Now with the Facebreaker buff, it's even more of a shame that it's not possible.

There's also Infernal Blow, which is a strike skill and able to be used unarmed.

Please make it happen next patch. It's one line and the Flicker community will thank you :D
