[BUG] Servant of Decay Torturer Garb

When socketing the "Cast while Channelling Support" support gem in the "Servant of Decay Torturer Garb" armor, "Summon Void Spawn" does not work. I think it is a bug.
Is this a bug?

This is working as intended.

Any time you give a skill a trigger, all other ways of using the skill become disabled. Thus, any time you give a skill multiple triggers, they each disable the other.

Servant of Decay grants you a Summon Void Spawn skill that innately triggered every 4 seconds, and is supported by any support gems placed inside the unique. As you are, in effect, causing Summon Void Spawn to be both triggered every 4 seconds and triggered while you channel another skill, Summon Void Spawn gets completely disabled.
