Kingsmarch Prospecting Quest Bug

Hi,
My IGN is: Merc_Kurosoo
Like title above , i have bug on the Quest Kingsmarch Prospecting
I try so manytime to run again Act 1-10 to find Johan or ore to unlock the quest
I saw Johan and karui shore but can not invite him or talk to him to finish the quest
Please help
