Mod "Minions convert 100% of fire damage to chaos" not working on some spectres

This mod is working as intended with Summon SRS and as far as I can tell my zombies, however my Perfect Judgemental Spirit spectre, who uses fire mortars and fire skills: https://poedb.tw/us/Perfect_Judgemental_Spirit#PerfectJudgementalSpiritGoddessHighMonster is not converting her fire spells to chaos damage.

This is not a problem from a DPS perspective but it's a massive one from a survivability perspective as ele reflect on t17's will basically 1 shot her and she's a 1.5 divine spectre per death. She should be converting all her damage to chaos and be immune to reflect.

Mod is new this league so I understand some interactions will be bugged but this one is just frustrating given it's on such an expensive minion.
