Tower already used bug.

So this is kind of a cascading affect i'm thinking but it's been happening for a while and still not addressed. I completed a tower and added the precursors, everything is fine. I do two maps and hit a second tower which I clear as well. After hitting the beacon and going back to hideout that tower has no way of adding precursors and cannot be clicked at all but does not say completed. The previous tower now has the precursor slots open again but when you add them it says "Tower already used". I've completely logged out to see if it resets but doesn't help. I've hit this on multiple occasions in the past but here we are again.
Just noticed this as well which I hadn't before. If I click another tower that hasn't been done the precursors that I placed in the other tower to try and activate it are now in the new tower that hasn't been run. I can also remove them from the new tower but it definitely just moves their location, the precursors no longer in the tower I placed them originally. Last bumped on Jun 21, 2025, 6:48:01 PM

I also had this a while back. I think some of the towers overhauled eachother. Old towers before the patch where they introduced new towers and tablets. I haven't had that problem since atleast 1 month back now. I still have towers that are bricked though, but no new ones.
