Spectral Throw/Helix of Trarthus Weapon Proc

Maybe I'm missing something but Spectral Throw of Trarthus and Spectral Helix of Trarthus aren't proccing items like Law of the Wilds and Uul-Netol's Embrace. Tested with normal Spectral Throw and Spectral Helix and both are working. I'm new to traps but I'm guessing Uul-Netol's is not proccing because I'm not hitting, my traps are. If that's the case, what is the issue with Law of the Wilds?
