Can't get to Kingsmarch

Johan in the epilogue has no option to send me to Kingsmarch. I'm on the stage of the quest "Kingsmarch Prospecting" to "find a way" there.
AFKing by him didn't work. Talking to Faustus didn't work. Relogging didn't work. Going to the Oriath Docks and traveling to the epilogue again with Lilly didn't work. Running a map at the Karui Shore instead of my hideout didn't work. Edit: Resolved. No idea what bloody did it though. Logged in and suddenly he had the exclamation about his head.
