Lucky Block doesn't apply to reflected damage

Gladiator's lucky block doesn't seem to apply to reflected damage, whether it is ele/phys/voodoo doll. I am currently running the triple luck Azadi Crest and even after blocking I will take damage and die extremely often from reflect compared to any other map.

Without importing your character, I'm assuming you're hitting for at least 50k+ hits, twice, with WoC ignoring pen and enemy resists. In a dense pack of mobs, you're hitting dozens if not hundreds of times in a short window. The chances of triple lucky blocking all of those hits is practically impossible.

The only way to survive reflect maps without reflect immunity (ignoring mines, traps, etc) is to have so little damage that you can recover between the hits. Like doing 100's (or thousands with more mitigation) of damage with life on hit to recover everything that would be lost. You either need to get elemental reflect mitigation or don't run the map mod.

It isn't an issue of me trying to run the map mod, but rather me dying whenever a voodoo doll appears on my map and I take the reflected damage. Either way lucky block isn't being accounted for when blocking reflected damage. It just depends on whether or not that is intended for it to be considered a bug.
Blocking reflected damage isn't considered blocking. That's why it doesn't proc when/on block effects.
