Omen of Fortune doesn't work with Pagan Wand -> Mystic Refractor

I assume Mystic Refractor is supposed to be able to be chanced, but my Omen of Fortune is not proccing when I used an Orb of Chance on an ilvl 84 Pagan Wand in my inventory.

Welp after getting on this morning, it worked.
There was definitely a bug here, but it may be different than what I originally thought it was. It may have something to do with me using an omen on a different item successfully before attempting to do it with the Pagan Wand. Granted, I did move the items out of my inventory into my stash and back into my inventory in case it was still reading like the first omen was still there, but that still may have been the case. |
