Game softcrashes during loading screens.

This ONLY happens during loading screens, and seems to happen randomly.

My current setup:
GPU: AMD Radeon X 7600
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
Motherboard: ASRock X470
Memory: 32GB

List of things I have tried that didn't work:
-switching from dx11 to dx12 to vulkan
-deleting shader cache
-verifying game integrity
-reinstalling PoE
-disabling engine multithreading
-switching to different servers
