can't access Kingsmarch

When I got teleported to Karui Shores after beating Kitava, my character wouldn't wake up, so I logged out. Since then, I haven't seen Johan with any quest markers in Karui Shores, and I cannot spawn him in hideout.

I've exhausted his dialogue options.

There was no "introduction" dialogue when I first spoke to him.

I have the Kingsmarch Prospecting quest.

When I type /kingsmarch into chat, I get this message: You do not have the required quest state.

i found a fix that work on redit,
To fix that, you’ll find him next to the waypoint (he’ll still not offer you the quest). Just stand beside him for about 5 minutes and he will reload and offer it to you.

I tried this method multiple ways and got one to work.

I teleported to the Epilogue map and didn't move for 5 minutes to make the quest marker to show up.

Moving around and just standing next to Johan did not trigger the quest.
