Mouse Movement Bug in PoE

Whenever I am ingame my mouse starts to sometimes see a wall which it can't cross. Meaning there is an invisible line across the picture i have problems to move the mouse cursor over. Said line is in a aproximatly 30° angle and slightly right of the middle of the screen.

Once I minimize PoE these problems don't happen anymore. It takes some time for PoE to start behaving like that.

I am quite clueless on what to do since I can't reliably force the bug and PoE is the only program that causes said issue. Just leaving it here since maybe other people have the same problem (PoE Steam version btw if that makes a difference)
