Mercenaries' envy auras

I've seen some people saying that these are either not properly scaled compared to other auras, or are bugged and not correctly scaling? the wiki entry for "envymercenary" seems to imply it only adds around 20 damage, I've seen others say it's around 50 which still seems low relative to other merc auras

I don't have access to my computer and can't test it, can anybody confirm or deny this or look into it further?
