SSL ERROR

I have acount on poe1 from years and game instaled on windows with install poe exe.from this last update i recive SSL error. i have POE2 acount on steam gift from my frend.with same email. I instaled POE1 again on steam with no ssl error and when i entered in POE1 (no request password) i have a new acount no items in stash no caracters no effect . NOW big problem is MY account Yahoo is bloked permanently from Yahoo with no reason.can't play my old accoun POE 1 on steam Can't conect my old account with POE2 account. NEED HELP no want new acount becouse is important to me stash items caracters and effect.SSL is not antivirus or firewall nothing changed from years is same ip same all same.
