Warcries cannot be exerted by travel skills craft missing

Hello so ive been trought whole campaing and supposedly in chamber of innocenc it should give me "Warcries cannot be exerted by travel skills " craft but no avail it didnt give me anything. Tried to recvisit it next day but still nothing.
