Runegraft of Treachery & Hand of Phrecia

When using Runegraft of Treachery and The Hand of Phrecia unique gloves, aura skills don't affect enemies would should be intended behavior, however, when using the vaal portion of those auras, they affect mobs for some reason.

Bump, having the same issue. Vaal Haste is affecting enemies with Runegraft of Treachery and The Hand of Phrecia.

Having the same issue. Vaal Auras, and the aura from Smite, affect enemies when using Runegraft of Treachery and The Hand of Phrecia. This seems unintended?
