Runegraft of Treachery and The Hand of Phrecia vaal auras bug

Runegraft of Treachery and The Hand of Phrecia unique gloves interaction is bugged, aura skills don't affect enemies as intended i suppose, however, vaal versions of auras do, in fact, affect enemies.
