10% Memory Tear Chance Atlas Nodes

I like running Memory Tears, but the 10% increased Memory Tear Chance atlas nodes do nothing in Memory Tears. So I either have two different trees devoted to the Memory Tear cycle or unspec then respec the nodes before and after every Memory Tear. Is it possible they could do something cool in Memory Tears please? Maybe 4% Memory Tear pack size?
