Runegraft of gemcraft not applying properly to awakened gems
  Runegraft of gemcraft SAYS it is being applied to awakened gems but it isn't actually applying. This awakened added lightning states it is level 5 and thus giving +1 to level of crackling lance. Crackling lance is not receiving this level (it is getting +2 from body armour corruption, and +3 from Venarius' Astrolabe in the image) Awakened gems are not exceptional gems (enlighten, enhance, empower), so they should work with runegraft of gemcraft. my friend was tryign to get 4 spectres with lvl 21 gem +2 corruption on helmet,ashes and rune and gem stays lvl 24 ( I did exactly the same set up without the rune and got lvl 24 exactly like him). honestly makes no sense

Runegraft of Gemcraft only works on support gems, so it wouldn't boost the level of Raise Spectres, which is an active skill gem and not a support gem.

I have the same problem, a level 4 damage minion gem doesn't give me the +1 to actives when I equip it.
