Runegraft of the Warp + Shrine Buffs

Having the atlas node "Sycretism", which allows 2x shrine buffs, I've noticed that not all the shrine buffs are affected by the 33% buff time increase. Some have a blue timer while others have a white timer? When I click, I usually have 1:20 on both buffs, but now they are not in sync and expire at separate times.

Further testing i realized that buffs that give you an AOE effect "Smoke, Lightning pulse, Ice Pulse" all are unaffected by buff duration.
