Power outage and account got locked
So, I had a power outage and when back on 18 hours later I tried to log back into poe1 I had my mobile hotspot on and went to log me in under that so it sent an email and account got locked. Yay, Anyways I no longer have access to my original email. I sent a message to support@grindinggear.com.
I included my new email my old email my account information my personal information and my most receipt purchase of a microtransaction. I have tried to change my email in the past but never got the email. I got a timely reply from Rory but I don't think he even read my email and told me to log in game and verify my account in chat bar. Which I cannot do since my account is currently locked.... The next step after emailing GGG is to spend the next 4-6 months sinking into a pit of despair as you wait a month or more between email exchanges.
Account ownership is the most disastrously backlogged part of GGGs support; and has shown no sign of improvement since collapsing when POE2 launched. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |
