ZERO MAPS - no filter, no hidden items 3500 hours

hi... i've played for 3500 hours. i'm sure you drop maps end of campaign and in the initial maps to get you going.

I've had ZERO map drops. I've bought all from the vendor and now I'm totally out. nothing has dropped in any of the maps from the vendor, none drop in MANY runs of the last act 10 floors. nothing.

My account is bugged please help.

Since someone else ran into something similar recently:

Do you have Singular Focus allocated in your Atlas passive tree?

Well, scratch that. Copied the 3.26 loot filter in your profile, grabbed some maps (T1-T4), and went to the Reliquary (act 10 zone).

They were hidden by the loot filter. Your loot filter is hiding all maps under T11, so only red tier maps are shown.

I've had the loot filter off for like 5 maps

Finding specific items with no loot filter seems difficult. The drop rate of maps in campaign isn't particularly high, either.
Maps start dropping in like, Act 8, and I normally only find 5-10 before the end of the campaign. I only had more this time because I ran the Merciless Labyrinth 5 or so times looking for the Transfigured gem I was after.

Wouldn't it make more sense to update your loot filter to not hide them?
On Filterblade, the relevant section should be "Maps - Normal Maps Progression".
