Blighted Maps are being affected by one atlas node

Hello,

since blighted maps do NOT get anything from the atlas tree, I see it as a bug that the node "Unwavering Vision" has an influence on not being able to apply sacrifice pieces to blight maps.
If they'd get any kind of upsides from the tree, that would be okay but as blighted maps are not connected to the atlas tree at all they also should absolutely not be affected by this node.
