Dweller of the deep quest not registered.

As above the dweller of the deep quest which is completed on my character didn't register in my challenge progress.
When I use /passives the dweller of the deep questline is reported as complete giving me the extra passive skill. Bug Report ID: #34150989 Last bumped on Jun 19, 2025, 5:54:47 AM

Same thing happened to me. I got the challenge after talking to Tarkleigh in act 1
