Rage not gained with Trarthus's Spectral Shield Throw

Rage not gained with "Gain # Rage on Hit with Attacks" (Gloves Searing Exarch Implicit) using Trarthus's Spectral Shield Throw

Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue where the "Gain # Rage on Hit with Attacks" implicit modifier from Searing Exarch-influenced gloves is not granting any Rage when using the new skill gem, Trarthus's Spectral Shield Throw.
Reproduction Steps:
* Equip gloves with the Searing Exarch implicit modifier "Gain # Rage on Hit with Attacks" (e.g., "Gain 1 Rage on Hit with Attacks").
* Use the skill Trarthus's Spectral Shield Throw against any monster pack or single enemy.
* Observe the Rage globe/counter.
Expected Outcome:
Based on the skill's mechanics (initial shield hit and subsequent projectile shards are considered attacks that hit enemies) and the glove implicit, I expect to gain Rage when Trarthus's Spectral Shield Throw hits enemies. This should apply to both the initial shield hit and especially the numerous projectile shards. Given the skill's nature, it should be a very effective way to gain Rage.
Actual Outcome:
Despite having 100% accuracy, no Rage is gained whatsoever when using Trarthus's Spectral Shield Throw, even when hitting multiple enemies. The Rage globe remains at 0 or does not increase if some Rage was already present from other sources. I have tested this thoroughly, and there seems to be no Rage generation from this specific skill.
