Alt tabbing out of POE frequently creates multiple windows

If you alt tab out of POE, typically when you have a video playing on youtube, it will create extra alt tab windows. This has been an issue for months but I dont see any bugs listed for it in 'known issues'

This is the only application I run which has this issue. No other software I use causes this issue.

noticed this myself aday or so ago, never seen it before 3.26 tho
