Faustus Respecialisation

If I try to respec points using Faustus, the "apply refunds" button fails to work properly. When I leave Faustus, it will say I have unconfirmed refunds for a minute, then it will act as if it went through and I can reallocate those points.
However, any changes I make will reset upon going to another zone, putting my tree back to the state it was in before interacting with Faustus.

Upon further testing, I've figured out this only happens if I enter Faustus respec by hitting Ctrl+Alt Click on him, if I go through his dialogue this doesn't occur.
